KeyLeadsRE privacy notice

KeyLeadsRE helps people describe a real estate request and choose how a real estate professional may respond. This notice explains what information KeyLeadsRE processes, why it is processed, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit, including: - contact details such as an email address or phone number; - your preferred contact channel and each channel-specific permission you select; - details about a purchase, sale, property, timing, funding readiness, representation, requested features, tour availability, accessibility needs, or other real estate needs; - the source, campaign, referral, and landing-page information associated with your visit; - records of the consent wording, version, channel, purpose, and time of your choice; and - later records created while handling a request, such as verification, review, contact-attempt, correction, suppression, and privacy-request audit records.

We also process limited technical information needed to run and protect the service, including a necessary session cookie, request-security data, anti-bot results, and privacy-reduced attribution and abuse-prevention signals. The application is designed to derive a keyed client signal at the trusted edge instead of storing the raw network address as a lead field.

How we use information

We use information to: - create and preserve the real estate request you asked us to handle; - assess the request, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, and route it for review; - allow a real estate professional to respond only through a channel you selected and only after the system's contact, identity, suppression, timing, and permission checks pass; - operate, secure, debug, audit, and improve the service using privacy-reduced information; - honor unsubscribe, permission-withdrawal, correction, access, and deletion requests; and - comply with legal obligations and investigate security or policy incidents.

If automated qualification assistance is enabled, an AI service may process the real estate answers supplied before the contact step to create a summary or clarifying questions. The email and phone fields entered at the contact step are not part of that qualification-assistance request.

When we share information

KeyLeadsRE may share submitted information with: - a real estate professional selected to review or respond to the specific request; - hosting, database, security, anti-bot, monitoring, and optional qualification-assistance providers that process information to operate the service under applicable agreements; - advertising and visitor-identification providers, currently Google (Google Ads) and Customers.ai, as described under "Advertising and visitor identification"; - advisers, auditors, insurers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse; and - a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.

The person who will handle a request is not fixed at initial intake. Professional identity must be approved and shown internally before contact details can be revealed or a follow-up attempt can be recorded.

Cookies, security, and attribution

The service uses a strictly necessary, host-only session cookie to keep a submission secure and connected to its original request. It also retains first- and last-touch attribution so the source of a request can be measured without treating anonymous visits or public records as leads. An anti-bot provider processes a challenge before a public session begins. The service also uses the advertising and visitor-identification cookies and tags described under "Advertising and visitor identification."

KeyLeadsRE uses access controls, encryption in transit, audit records, secret rotation, backups, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can eliminate every security risk.

Advertising and visitor identification

KeyLeadsRE uses Google Ads tags and cookies on this site to measure which ads lead to visits and requests and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Google receives browser and device identifiers, network information and the pages you visit here. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or conversation text to Google. Google explains how it uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We also use Customers.ai to try to identify visitors who do not submit a form. Customers.ai may process browser and device identifiers, network information and the pages you visit, and compare them with information from its identity network. If it returns a match, we keep the contact details, provider reference and visit record in our private CRM and delete an unconfirmed match within 30 days. A match may be incomplete or wrong. It does not mean you asked for help, and it is not permission to email, text or call you. See https://customers.ai/privacy-policy.

This processing is on by default for visitors in the United States. Some state laws may treat it as targeted advertising or as a sale or sharing of personal information. You can opt out at any time with "Your privacy choices" at the bottom of every page. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. You can also use Google's My Ad Center at https://myadcenter.google.com and Customers.ai's opt-out page at https://app.mobilemonkey.com/opt-out.

Retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain security and audit integrity, honor communication choices and suppression, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A deletion request removes or de-identifies operative contact and lead data where applicable. Limited consent, attribution, suppression, and audit evidence may be retained when necessary to prove and honor a choice, prevent renewed contact, or comply with law.

Your choices and requests

You choose each contact channel separately. You may decline optional channels, withdraw a permission, or ask not to be contacted. Commercial email includes a one-step unsubscribe link. You may also request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy contact shown on this page. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it, and some limited evidence may be retained as described above. You can opt out of advertising measurement, remarketing and visitor identification as described under "Advertising and visitor identification."

Children

KeyLeadsRE is intended for adults seeking or offering real estate services. It is not directed to children under 18. Use the privacy contact shown on this page if you believe a child submitted information.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the service, vendors, or legal requirements change. The live page will show its version. A material change requires a new approval and public-contract digest before contact collection can resume under the changed notice.
