1. About these terms

TMC LEGACY LLC operates KeyLeadsRE, including keyleadsre.com and its buyer and seller websites. These terms explain the use of our public research and request tools and our authorized workspace. Please read them together with the privacy notice. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter into an agreement.

A separate written agreement may apply to a paid service or a professional engagement. These website terms do not authorize a charge or replace that separate agreement.

2. Property requests and referrals

KeyLeadsRE helps people organize property questions, research a home search or sale, and request follow-up from a real estate professional. We also provide a workspace for reviewing and managing requests.

Our business includes referring requests to other businesses. When you request professional follow-up, we may provide your request and the contact details permitted by your choices to a professional or other business for that purpose, as described in the privacy notice and the request you submit. A referral does not transfer permission to contact you through a channel you did not select.

Using these tools or receiving a referral alone does not create a buyer-agency, seller-agency, brokerage or fiduciary relationship. Check a professional's credentials, services, fees and representation agreement before engaging them. We do not guarantee that a professional will accept your request, that a property will be available, or that a transaction will occur.

3. Research, listings and automated assistance

Property records, listing information, guides, calculations and automated or AI-assisted responses are planning aids. Coverage, source dates and accuracy vary. Information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and a property shown in a source may no longer be available.

A calculation or estimate is not an appraisal, inspection, financing commitment, offer, or legal, tax or investment advice. Verify material facts with the original source and an appropriate professional before making a decision. We do not promise a particular home value, savings, investment return or search result.

4. Your information and use of the service

Provide information you are authorized to share and use your own contact details or details you are authorized to provide. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, infringe another person's rights, bypass security, access another user's records, or disrupt the service.

Use the tools consistently with applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination requirements. Do not request unlawful discrimination or exclusion. You remain responsible for your decisions and for checking information relevant to your circumstances.

5. Privacy and communication choices

The privacy notice explains the information we collect, its use and sharing, retention, advertising and visitor-identification choices, and how to make a privacy request. Contact permissions are separate from general website use. Choose only the follow-up channels you want, and use the available preference or contact methods to withdraw permission.

Consumer text messaging is not currently available through KeyLeadsRE. Providing a phone number, requesting a referral or agreeing to these terms does not enroll you in text messages. Permission to receive texts from a particular sender does not transfer with a referral.

Any future text-message program will need its own identified sender, separate optional consent and program disclosures before enrollment. These terms do not enroll you in a future program or authorize a text message.

6. Workspace access and availability

Workspace access is limited to authorized users. Keep your sign-in credentials private, use access only for its authorized purpose, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may update the tools, correct information, or restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or operational needs. Availability and response times are not guaranteed. We do not promise that every feature, provider connection or communication channel is available at all times.

7. Other businesses and external services

Linked websites, property sources and referred professionals may have their own terms, privacy practices and agreements. Review those before using their services. A link or introduction does not guarantee their services, information, availability or results.

8. Rights and responsibilities

We provide these tools as available for research and request management. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or the completeness or accuracy of third-party or automated information. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right, remedy or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We will identify revised terms with a version and effective date on this page. Changes do not create new contact permissions or retroactively authorize a different use of your information. Any additional permission required for a new purpose or channel must be obtained separately.
